How to get to our resort Phangan Cove

Located on the beach called Ao Shrithanu on the West coast of Koh Phangan, about 10 minutes’ drive by taxi from the main pier of Thong Sala. The Island of Koh Phangan can be reached by ferry from either the mainland, Koh Samui or Koh Tao. Ferries operate daily ferry services to the Island. There is no airport on Koh Phangan.

From the airport of Koh Samu, when you arrive in the departure lounge and have collected your bags, head out to the main exit, look for an information desk. Here you can book a boat and transfer to pier. They will advise you on boat schedules depending on the time of day you have arrived on Samui. There are five different boat services to the Island of Phangan. Seatran and Lomprayah are the most popular and fast services to Koh Phangan both having at least two trips per day to Phangan.

Thong Sala pier

Once you arrive by ferry to Koh Phangan you will be dropped off at Thong Sala Pier, here you can easily get a taxi bus to Shi Thanu village. Telling the taxi bus driver your resort he will drop you as close as possible to the resort, usally on the main road.

Phangan Cove does not have road access for a car (taxi), therefore a Taxi driver will just drop you off near the road, near an entrance to the beach. There are a number of walk ways to the beach which all include a walk over a small wooden bridge to the beach. A walk along the coast the main entrance of Phangan Cove is about 5 minutes at the most. You can also access the main entrance with a motorbike. If you are on a motorbike taxi, he will take you all the way to the resort.
